How to Return a Product

1. Start a Return Request
   To begin the warranty process, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through our website. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team at guerillaairsoft1@gmail.com—we're happy to help.

2. Receive Return Details
   After your RMA request is reviewed, our team will reach out with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. We’ll also share an estimated timeline so you know what to expect every step of the way.

3. Prepare Your Item for Return
   Before sending your item back, remove all accessories or attachments. Items returned with extra components may incur additional fees. Once it's properly packaged, drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
