Shipping Policy

At Guerrilla Airsoft, we’re committed to delivering your gear quickly, safely, and in full compliance with all applicable laws.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express services.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we’ll assist you in resolving issues where possible.

Age & Legal Restrictions

Airsoft guns and accessories can only be shipped to individuals 18 years or older.

It is your responsibility to ensure airsoft products are legal in your area. Some states, cities, and municipalities restrict or prohibit airsoft items.

Orders to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.

Orange Tip Notice

All airsoft replicas are shipped with a federally mandated orange tip in compliance with U.S. law. Removing or altering this tip may violate federal or state regulations.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship airsoft guns outside the United States due to import/export restrictions.

International orders for accessories may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

Returns & Refunds – 30-Day Policy

At Guerrilla Airsoft, we want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is placed and paid for on our website.

If you choose to return an item, please note the following:

Only products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition are eligible for return.

Items that show signs of use, wear, tampering, or damage will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All returns—including those for fully functional items, canceled orders, or those submitted past the 30-day mark—are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
